About the role

The Director of Sales will be responsible for achieving defined site sales targets. The Director of Sales will be responsible for supporting the Vice President with staff recruitment, development and site financial management.

What you'll bring

• · Travel + Leisure In House Sales Management experience required
• · Industry experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume sales team.
• · Proven track record in achieving sales.
• · Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching and performance management accompanied with effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• · Driven, self-motivated and results focused
• · Ability to recognize financial trends and their application to the business
• · Flexible to work the operational hours of the site
• · Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience is essential to this role
