About the role

District Trainer/ Training Specialist (Licensed) The position will include training agents from (Reserve, Career to Full-Time). Excellent communication skills are a requirement, as you will be guiding agents and consulting with Agency Owners. You will also be responsible for learning/teaching Farmers Insurance products.

What you'll bring

• Provides a motivational learning environment and experience to agents in both face to face and field learning situations.
• Implement Farmers Agency Training curriculum to develop new and existing agents.
• Establishes continuous improvement systems that allow knowledge transfer and behavioral development to flourish and respond to a changing marketplace.
• Measures agent performance against standards to ensure program effectiveness.
• Provides regular feedback to business units about existing programs and development of new programs.
• Performs administrative and other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
• Must be Property & Casualty and Life Licensed
• The hours of this position will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with all major holidays off.
• Salaried plus incentives.
• College degree preferred but will consider solid insurance and sales experience
• FARMERS experience a plus
