The Club at Los Gatos is a premier health club located in downtown Los Gatos where we offer premium fitness solutions and expert support to inspire a healthy body, mind and spirit. BodyShop is a high-intensity, hybrid-model class that focuses on resistance training paired with treadmill and bike work, incorporating both incline and sprint variations. Each treadmill (and the single bike) is paired with a corresponding bench, with numbers matching. When signing up, members will choose between a tread/bench or bike/bench station.
