About the role

This is a dynamic role interfacing with our ecosystem of device and operating system partners, internal, platform and partner engineering teams to deliver our members the best Netflix experience, while driving efficiency and quality. Comfortable working with ambiguity. This role is fast-paced, fluid, and will frequently evolve based on partner, strategy, and product priorities

What you'll bring

• 3- 5 years product management experience working on smart TV’s and streaming devices with audio and/or video technologies.
• 3-5 years product management experience delivering product through the creation of product strategy, managing product evolution lifecycle
• Experience improving media-rendering performance on devices
• Ability to think strategically and lean on data to inform decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience
• Can balance consumer, partner, and business interests while considering technical integration tradeoffs
• Proven experience creating partnerships with cross-functional teams and organizations, driving large-scale technical execution plans with measurable milestones, debating technical approaches, and building long-term scalable solutions
• Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary
• we do not have bonuses.
