About the role
The Club at Los Gatos, the Bay Area's Premier health club, is looking for superstar Dance Fitness/Cardio Dance instructors that motivate and inspire members!
What you'll bring
- 18 years or older
- Possess CPR Certification
- Instructor will teach classes that are scheduled from start to finish.
- Instructor will demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate participations within a positive context for learning.
- Instructor will exhibit the ability to work with club staff with the highest level of professionalism.
- Instructor will provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to develop rapport, answer questions, and develop effective engagement in class.
- Instructor will notify management of any facility needs, and or problems
- Instructor will comply with all safety standards within the Group Exercise department and facility.
- Instructor will comply with all related duties as is necessary for the job.
- Possess working knowledge of kinesiology, human anatomy, and instructing methods.
- Ability to progress and regress movements for members.
- Instructor will provide warm-up and cool-down for safe class transitions.
