About the role
The Supervisor, Global Fixed Asset Procurement & Facilities Services is responsible for overseeing the procurement, lifecycle management, and governance of fixed assets while ensuring consistent delivery of facilities services across a global portfolio. This role leads to the execution of procurement strategies, vendor performance, and service standards to support business operations, cost optimization, compliance, and asset stewardship. What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in fixed asset procurement, facilities services, and corporate real estate operations.
- Prior facilities services and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of capital procurement, asset lifecycle management, and facilities services.
- Financial acumen and cost management.
- Problem solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Software proficiency skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or global office portfolios
- Experience in establishing a strong facilities services program foundation preferred.
