What you'll bring
- · 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation with strong, proven expertise in delivering complex solutions.
- · 5 to 7 years of experience as a technical architect with a demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives for large scale CRM solutions, with deep expertise in CRM platforms.
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- with the ability to communicate technical concepts at all levels of the organization.
- · Business acumen in translating sales, marketing, and service needs into feasible CRM solutions.
- · Self-directed
- highly motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- · Ability to quickly learn new CRM features and business functions, coupled with the ability to establish a vision for the adoption of new technology.
- · Strong data modeling and relational database knowledge accompanied by an understanding of CRM data architecture.
- · Understanding of best practices and methods to integrate CRM platforms with applications within the organization and with external partners.
- · Working knowledge of the network, server, and/or cloud infrastructure required to host CRM platforms in areas of expertise.
