About the role

The Value Engineering Manager will help enterprise customers across EMEA understand and quantify the business impact of DDN's AI and data infrastructure solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor during strategic sales cycles by translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.   Responsibilities • Lead value discovery workshops with customers and prospects. • Build business cases, ROI models, and TCO analyses. • Support strategic opportunities throughout EMEA. • Partner with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to strengthen customer proposals. • Develop industry-specific value frameworks. • Create executive presentations and investment justification materials. • Collaborate with Product Marketing on customer success metrics and value messaging. • Maintain benchmarking and competitive intelligence resources. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline. • 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, Strategy, Sales Operations, or Technical Sales. • Strong analytical and presentation skills. • Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders. • Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure or AI solution sales. • Knowledge of European market dynamics and procurement processes. • Additional European language skills preferred.
