What you'll bring
- Degree in information technology or similar
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role required with a wide range of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Windows and its installation and administration.
- Configuration and use of virtualization of computing resources.
- Experience in configuring and supporting engineering software (CAD, PLM, CFD, etc.)
- Knowledge and management of Microsoft 365 & Active directory (users, groups, etc.)
- Organization of work with remote users (remote work and support tools, communication).
- Fluency in English.
- You are a natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and keeping systems in top shape.
- You understand how users work what they need and how to translate issues into quick solutions.
- You take ownership of your environment ensuring that local IT infrastructure is stable secure and up to date.
- You stay calm under pressure communicate clearly and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
