About the role

The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and other designated health-related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being according to the physician-ordered plan of care.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One (1) year experience as a Home Health Aide
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Active status in the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team, through respect, collaboration and dedication
• successfully interact with a diverse culture base.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, high integrity and ethical awareness.
• Proven to be dependable and responsible.
