About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Retail Bank Agile Controllers Team as an Accounting Manager with a focus on project execution. As an Accounting Manager on this team, you will execute on high priority projects for the company in support of our strategy and vision. You will be a self-starter responsible for managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. The Controller’s Group supports the financial implementation of new products, services, and systems with countless opportunities for knowledge growth.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, or Audit, or Finance, or a combination
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• At least 2 years of Process Improvement experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification
• 3+ years of People Management
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
• 1+ years of experience with Jira or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
