About the role

This Financial Services Audit Supervisor role will be based out of our East Brunswick, NJ, Whippany, NJ, Red Bank, NJ, Orlando, FL, Boca Raton, FL or New York City office .   You'll work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known CPAs and industry leaders. In this position, you will take a lead role on all aspects of audit engagements, from planning to completion, to include supervision/mentoring of staff and building/maintaining relationships with clients. What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license
• At leas t  3  years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple engag ements and competing projects
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client’s management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative  problem-solving  skills
• Ability to travel as needed based on client assignments
• The compensation for this position ranges by location.
• Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
