About the role

The Product Manager for Capsule Delivery Solutions delivers crucial and fundamental support in building and sustainably manage the capsule product line of the business unit. Key responsibilities are managing and optimizing the portfolio, driving product life cycle and product development, managing the innovation pipeline, monitoring product performance in the market, assisting with forecasting.

What you'll bring

• ·         Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Biochemistry, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales or relevant other experience within the pharmaceutical field
• ·         Demonstrated success at building customer relationships and understanding customer needs
• ·         Experience in product management: product knowledge, forecasting and budgeting, pricing and positioning
• ·         Demonstrated skills in customer interactions
• ·         Strong business acumen
• ·         Program/project management experience
• ·         Efficient team player and good networking capabilities
• ·         Strong MS Office skills, in particular MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• ·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management
• ·         Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment
• ·         Excellent English
