The Director of Internal Audit is responsible for the design and implementation entity-wide risk assessment and internal audit program. What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and CPA required
• Public accounting experience required
• Seven to ten years of progressive external and/or internal audit experience in an organization of appropriate scale and complexity
• Comprehensive understanding of internal auditing, GAAP, PCAOB standards, SEC regulations, SOX, COSO
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Oil refining experience a strong plus
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion a plus
