About the role
As an FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Finance Director and leading a team of FP&A Analysts. You will own and manage the company’s financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across markets, clusters, and global finance.
What you'll bring
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience (ACA, ICWAI, MBA (Fin), CA Inter, MCom)
- Deep analytical capability with strong attention to detail
- Ability to synthesise complex data across functions and geographies
- Structured communicator with experience presenting to senior finance leaders
- Disciplined in planning cycles, governance, and deadlines
- Strong understanding of financial controls and data integrity
- Advanced Excel, modelling, and system skills
- Proactive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
