What you'll bring

• Must be a graduate with at least 5
• 5+ years of experience in collections, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive and effective communication skills.
