About the role
The Business Central (BC) Delivery Director is responsible for leading the successful implementation, optimization, and management of D365 Business Central solutions and the delivery team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can bridge technical expertise with business acumen to ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes. The Delivery Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through the implementation process, and provide strategic insights to maximize the value of the D365 Business Central platform.
What you'll bring
- BA/BS in Business, IT, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and overseeing client engagements.
- Leading teams and driving continuous improvement
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving complex technical issues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Review market analysis and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively conveying product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Ability to create compelling content, deliver presentations, and communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience leading and managing others with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, motivate others, and drive collaboration, are necessary.
