As the first face families see, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience from check-in through check-out. You'll help keep patient flow moving while supporting providers, clinical staff, and families in a high-energy pediatric urgent care setting. What you'll bring
- Experience verifying insurance and collecting patient payments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with EMR systems required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
