About the role

is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations supporting our Aerospace, Defense, Space, and Industrial customers. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement objectives are consistently achieved.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience within aerospace, defense, precision electronics, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading high-mix, low-volume manufacturing operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Thorough understanding of production scheduling, manufacturing flow, inventory control, and operational metrics.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements that drive measurable business results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial metrics, including P&L and balance sheet performance.
• Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
