This role is critical to Operations ability to adeptly navigate transition phases, minimizing disruptions while ensuring business continuity, maintaining consistency with standards, and preserving quality throughout integration activities.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Operations
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate others in a complex, multi-function matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of Operations processes.
• Executive level collaboration and leadership skills.
• Ability to make decisions with little information and resolves problems through balanced, realistic understanding of issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Embraces different perspectives, nurtures innovation and promotes a positive working culture.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Science or Engineering, Master’s degree preferred.
