The Talent Acquisition team at CF Industries is hiring an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our talent acquisition efforts, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across various departments and locations.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to provide high touch consultation to leadership at every level
• Track record of gaining a deep understanding of the business lines supported
• Proficient in using Workday applicant tracking system
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing & social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations and OFCCP compliance
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions with tact and professionalism
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed and geographically disbursed environment
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Ability to travel 15% of the time
• Hybrid work model, this position requires 3 days a week in the office and work remotely on the other days.
