About the role

Here at Home Market Foods, we’re looking for a hands-on operations leader to drive performance, efficiency, and team development across our manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations while partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and build a high-performing, accountable team. This role will be a 2nd shift opportunity (Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 12:00pm), based in our manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA

What you'll bring

• High school diploma required
• 7+ year of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success building and leading team-based organizations
• Solid background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of packaging operations and production workflows
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus
• degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline preferred
• food or CPG strongly preferred
