About the role

As our 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, tackling the maintenance and repair of sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment, including electronic controls, conveyor systems, and production machinery.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of previous maintenance supervisory experience
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Familiarity with cGMP/GMP standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking.
• A valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
