About the role

As our 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, tackling the maintenance and repair of sophisticated equipment, including electronic controls, conveyor systems, and production machinery just to name a few. Competitive Pay: Starting between $40-$50/hr with pay scaling up with experience and relevant licenses / certifications. This role is also eligible for OT pay!

What you'll bring

• 3-5+ years of previous maintenance mechanic supervisory experience
• 10 years of mechanical experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Familiarity with cGMP/GMP standards.
• CMMS experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking.
• General knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• A valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ammonia Refrigeration REQUIRED.
• Experience with SQF and/or HAACP preferred.
