About the role

As a Wealth Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them navigate complex financial decisions and achieve their long-term goals. Working collaboratively with an experienced team of advisors and client service professionals, you will lead client relationships, deliver comprehensive financial planning, and provide customized wealth management solutions. You will report to senior leadership and contributes to client retention, business development, and the growth of the practice. What you'll bring

• Ability to work from either our Chicago or Oak Brook office and travel between locations as needed to support client meetings
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or financial services
• CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or other relevant professional designations
• Demonstrated experience growing client relationships
• Knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management concepts
• Experience developing comprehensive financial planning recommendations and communicating them
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Strong business development and networking skills with a client first mindset
• Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• FINRA Series 65 license or equivalent registration required, or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
