We are looking for an experienced candidate that has strong written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail and strives to provide excellent customer service. What you'll bring

• Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to sell
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge preferred but not required
• 1 year service writing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred but not required
