About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer - Structural with 5-8 years of experience to support the design and delivery of foundation and structural systems across a range of infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical fundamentals, work ethic, and a desire to grow into a leadership role. While the focus of this role is in renewable energy, you’ll also support general structural engineering work, including:

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• EIT certification required
• 5-8 years of experience in structural design, with exposure to foundation engineering, energy, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel (10–15%) for occasional site visits or field support
