About the role

As a Site Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting safety initiatives on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a safe working environment for all personnel. This role is expected to promote to a Site Safety Manager in 6-12 months. This position will be eligible for OT, per diem, and company vehicle.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or similar, or equivalent work experience
• 0-3 years of working experience within electrical construction or similar environment
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, document findings, and support corrective actions.
• Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification.
• Familiarity with building safety processes and programs
• Recognized safety accreditations (CSST, CHST, COSS, CSP, etc.)
• First Aid/CPR Certification.
