You'll transform how health systems deliver care by building AI-powered workflows that address care gaps, optimize specialty pharma and infusion workflows, and improve population health outcomes. This role combines deep clinical knowledge with product ownership, working directly with engineering and design teams to ship solutions that meaningfully improve patient care delivery. What you'll bring
- Medical degree (MD or DO) - residency completion is a significant plus
- Deep understanding of care delivery workflows and clinical care coordination
- Track record of identifying care delivery inefficiencies and implementing process improvements in healthcare settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex clinical challenges
- Excellent communication skills - ability to work effectively with clinical teams, care coordination staff, and technical engineering teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-starter who can work independently and drive projects to completion
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to building products that solve real clinical problems
- Able to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week
- Background in internal medicine, oncology, pharma, or biotech
- Population health background
- Healthcare service line optimization experience
