About the role

The Inside Sales Rep I has the primary responsibility of interacting with new prospects to increase sales and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, member retention, and compliance. What you'll bring

• Successful completion of 24 continuing education credits, at least 3 credits have to focus on ethics,  to maintain producer license required every 2 years
• Medicare Sales Training and Certification   with a grade of 85% or higher required annually
• GA plan exams with a grade of 85% or higher required annually
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales/customer service required
