About the role

The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services as part of a collaborative care team at Martin’s Point Health Care. This role evaluates, diagnoses, treats, educates, and supports patients within the scope of licensure, training, clinical privileges, and applicable practice agreements. The Nurse Practitioner works closely with physicians, clinical staff, and other members of the care team to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

What you'll bring

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license.
• Current Nurse Practitioner board certification through ANCC or AANP.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current DEA license, or ability to obtain.
• Two or more years of experience in a paneled primary care provider role.
• Knowledge of professional nursing practice, primary care, and patient assessment.
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients within scope of practice.
• Ability to interpret clinical findings and routine diagnostic studies.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
