About the role

Charger Water Treatment Products is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in our Pottstown facility. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and assembling water treatment products for shipment. Your efforts will help ensure customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition, contributing to our mission of delivering clean, healthy water.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm, with flexibility for overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Quarterly bonuses based on profitability, Audit score, and Inventory Turns score.
