About the role
Serenity is growing, and we're looking for a Patient Access Coordinator who is passionate about helping people and driving exceptional patient experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with administrative/back desk experience to further develop their skills and improve people’s lives while doing so. This is a role focused on optimizing provider schedules and handling communication with our patients. You’ll spend the day creating opportunities for patients to be seen sooner and helping retain patients who no longer have an appointment. In between your time scheduling, you will continue offering dedicated care to our patients by handling incoming messages and other requests so that their treatment can continue between appointments. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, have an eye for detail, and the desire to overcome the roadblocks stopping people from getting the care they need, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll bring

- Strong aptitude for learning new technology and software systems.
