About the role

We are looking for a high-agency, low-ego generalist to act as a force multiplier across our business and operational functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the "gray area" by stepping in wherever needed to keep projects moving, customers happy, and internal operations seamless. The scope of this role evolves weekly. You won't just be a witness to growth; you will be the glue that ensures our execution matches our ambition.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking (required)
• You do not wait for a playbook.
• You are comfortable jumping into unfamiliar problems and figuring them out from first principles.
• You can distill complex problems into actionable plans and communicate effectively with everyone from site managers to the Board.
• You enjoy the variety of working across multiple business units and prioritize solving the company's biggest needs over narrow specialization.
