About the role

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Production Support Associate (1-year contract) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical link in our production lifecycle, ensuring operational continuity through precise materials kitting, inventory management, and floor optimization. This is a 1-year contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Execute rigorous incoming and post-production inspections. You will be the "first and last line of defense" to ensure parts and assemblies meet the standards.

What you'll bring

• Proven ability to quickly master new technologies, software interfaces, and evolving production workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to spot minor defects during quality inspections and follow complex SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Comfortable using basic hand tools for machine maintenance and part post-processing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials, including lifting and moving production components.
• Strong ability to track inventory, manage "kitting" lists, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
