About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs that accelerate Box’s transition into the modern AI-powered development ecosystem for both our teams and customers. In this role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering with business and technology leaders across the organization to ensure successful outcomes. You will bring structure to ambiguity, proactively manage milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks, and ensure programs are executed with clarity, speed, and quality.

• Extensive experience and proficient understanding of standard Agile and Software Development Lifecycle and program management tools including Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem solving abilities to prioritize and manage key challenges.
• Demonstrated in you career deep technical experience in software development engineering or system reliability engineering
• Experience with working Agent Orchestrated software development and/or experience building AI into products
• Experience using AI and tool chain (e.g. cursor, claude, codex) to automate manual processes to improve your and your team’s productivity
