About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Mobile Response Team (MRT) Practitioner to join our crisis stabilization services. In this critical role, you will work alongside a Licensed Clinician to respond to emergency, urgent, and routine behavioral health calls. This position does not require a professional license but offers an incredible opportunity to provide vital backup duties to licensed staff and gain hands-on clinical triage experience.
What you'll bring
- Certification: Hold a Peer Certification or possess a strong willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capabilities: Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to multitask in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle evolving functional and organizational tasks as assigned.
- Degree: Bachelor's Degree required in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Creative Arts Therapy.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a human services related field, and/or relevant lived experience.
