About the role

The Vice President of Operations will develop and implement operational strategies, and manage various departments including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, facilities and safety. This leader will ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

What you'll bring

• Deep understanding of operational management, including process improvement, resource management, supply chain logistics, and relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience overseeing manufacturing operations, including building and scaling internal production.
• Experience leading supply chain strategy, including dual sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Experience managing logistics and freight budgets.
• Experience managing warehousing operations, including same-day shipping cutoffs and staffing to meet demand.
• Experience managing facilities operations and maintenance.
• Experience negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
• Experience owning and strengthening an S&OP process.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
