About the role

We are seeking an experienced  Estate Hospitality Manager  to lead and inspire our tasting room team, drive operational excellence, and expand innovative, world-class hospitality experiences that create lasting connections with our guests. What you'll bring

• 3+ years of hospitality operations management experience, including 2+ years of retail sales experience
• wine industry experience is required
• Strong hands-on leadership and team development skills
• proven success in recruiting and hiring high-performing team members
• Proven ability in mentoring and developing teams to drive club conversion performance through effective storytelling, coaching, and customer engagement strategies
• Strong sales background with the ability to promote and sell luxury products
• Passion for wine, hospitality, and delivering luxury guest experiences
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage guests and staff at all levels
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel (formulas, tables, charts) and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and drive sales results
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent
