About the role

We’re looking for experienced Product Engineers who operate with high agency, strong ownership, and deep curiosity . This is not a scoped, ticket-driven role. You’ll work directly with the founders to define product direction, build core systems, and ship end-to-end experiences.

What you'll bring

• Take full ownership of problems—from idea to production
• Are relentlessly curious and think from first principles
• Move quickly, make decisions, and iterate without perfect specs
• Care deeply about product quality, UX, and craft
• Thrive in ambiguity and low-structure environments
• 6+ years of experience building production web applications
• Experience with modern web stacks (e.g. TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar)
• Experience with backend systems and APIs (e.g. Node, Python, Flask, or similar)
• Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems
• Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack as needed
• Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability
• Experience building and shipping production systems
