About the role

The Host / Hostess is the first and last point of contact for guests dining at the resort restaurant and plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, coordinating reservations, maintaining an accurate waitlist, and supporting the restaurant team to ensure an efficient and exceptional dining experience.

• The successful candidate will bring a warm personality, polished presence, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous luxury or resort experience is valued, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to exceptional service are equally important.
• Previous restaurant, hotel, resort, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hosting or reservation experience is a plus.
