About the role
Angel City is looking for a Ticket Service Account Executive to support the growth of Angel City FC’s fan base and ticketing department. Providing thoughtful, strategic servicing to our Season Ticket Holders and fans is paramount to Angel City’s success. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Ticket Services. What you'll bring
- We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated fluency in the following areas:
- Experience working in ticketing and service
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL
- Ideal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics and Salesforce
- preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality
