About the role
Wilshire’s Client Solutions team serves as the interface between the firm and its clients, responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships. The Client Solutions team supports underlying investors in Wilshire’s alternatives products across hedge funds and private markets, including both private funds and semi-liquid interval funds. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing client activities, and managing quantitative and qualitative elements of client reporting that requires the ability to parse large data sets and apply deep analytical skills. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by showing good organizational skills and attention to details
- Proficiency with calculation and interpretation of standard investment performance metrics
- ability to manage and manipulate data quantitatively utilizing excel
- Interest in leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and support high-quality outputs, while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to firm policies
