About the role

The anticipated base salary for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.

What you'll bring

• The Site Safety Manager must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing.
• 3+ years experience in EHS programs in manufacturing and warehousing
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related fields.
• OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• Must maintain an onsite presence and perform on-call rotations for the network to provide weekend and afterhours coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Enforce safety guidelines, cleanliness and security standards.
• Ability to quickly recognize, diagnose and solve challenges for associates in partnership with leadership.
• Advise and mentor operational leadership in safety and security matters.
• Must operate with a sense of urgency and have attention to detail.
• Align with the company's core values to ensure a world class customer experience.
• Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies.
