About the role

Please note that this role is not remote and will involve daily in-office work and community outreach. Full Range Scale $23.00 per hour - $25.65 per hour  (Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Compass compensation guidelines. The pay scale provided for this position is based on title and geographical location)

What you'll bring

• Good communication is key in this role.
• You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
• Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field and a minimum of one year experience in the coordination of supportive housing or in the coordination of independent living services in a social service setting   or,
• A High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in the coordination of supportive housing or in the coordination of independent living services in a social service setting.
• Self-starter, excellent time management skills, and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Technology savvy, especially with Microsoft Office Applications, Zoom, PC, and Android devices.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a vehicle insured for you as a driver are required
• Ability to perform CPR/First Aid as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bilingual Preferred
