About the role

The Senior Business Analyst, Wealth Technology is responsible for leading the definition, documentation, and execution of business processes and technology initiatives across the organization, with a primary focus on Salesforce initiatives for advisor and operations teams. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, technology partners, and end users to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and solution recommendations. The Senior Business Analyst will help drive improvements that streamline processes, enhance user experience, increase adoption, and support the ongoing evolution of Salesforce and related wealth technology platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience, a deep understanding of CRM or Salesforce-enabled workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead discovery, requirements, testing, and change readiness activities across multiple initiatives. This position is hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in St. Louis.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technology delivery, product support, solution design, or CRM enhancement delivery.
  • Strong experience supporting Salesforce initiatives, including requirements gathering, user story development, testing, user support, reporting, configuration support, or enhancement delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements discussions, facilitate cross-functional working sessions, and translate business needs into actionable technology deliverables.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
  • Experience supporting technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, release readiness, and post-launch support.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, track risks and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for business, technical, and leadership audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive progress across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, vendors, business partners, and technology teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
