Arriving at work on time, possessing strong time management skills, providing our residents with enthusiastic service while completing work orders, and having a keen eye for detail to catch small issues before they become big in this rewarding role. A non-extensive list of maintenance skills used in this role includes drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, general building maintenance.

What you'll bring

• Must be comfortable traveling within your region.
• License + Car Required
• Must have a minimum of 6+ years of maintenance experience within the field with supervisory experience.
• Must have EPA 608 Universal Certification and working knowledge of HVAC to troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC systems along with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily use and Real Page Onesite.
• Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills: carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting and janitorial, knowledge of building trades.
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics, instructions and specifications.
• Must be familiar with all hand tools and power tools common to the skills listed.
• Must have a deep understanding of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Compliance as well as budget planning
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
