About the role

The IT Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s wealth management division by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating the implementation of solutions to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. This position serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. This role can be based out of St. Louis, MO or Boston, MA. It will be hybrid with 3 days/week onsite.

• Proven experience as a project manager
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proven track record of engagement in large, enterprise-wide technology programs (e.g., ERP implementations, cloud migrations, digital transformation).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (Master’s degree helpful).
• Preferences for individuals that have recent working knowledge of Asana, Addepar, Orion, InvestCloud, and Salesforce
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements and changing business needs.
