The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the EPC Contractor contract, ensuring contractual obligations, notices, deliverables, correspondence, change management and contractual records are managed in accordance with project requirements and governance procedures. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between project stakeholders, commercial teams, project controls personnel and the EPC Contractor's contract representatives, ensuring timely administration of contractual matters, maintenance of contractual records and compliance with contract requirements. This position requires strong contract administration experience on major EPC projects, coupled with excellent organizational, communication and document management skills. Experience supporting LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable. #LI-DA3

What you'll bring

  • EPC Contract Administration & Compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years’ contract administration experience on EPC, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting large EPC contracts and commercial processes.
  • Strong contract administration, compliance, and document management skills.
  • Experience in multicultural project environments.
  • Contract Correspondence & Records Management
  • Change & Claims Administration
  • Contract Governance & Documentation Control
  • Microsoft Office & Document Management Systems
  • Japanese language skills (advantageous)
  • Experience supporting LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
