The Lead Planner / Planning Manager will be responsible for the development, maintenance, analysis and reporting of the integrated project schedule throughout the engineering and module fabrication phases of the project. The successful candidate will work closely with EPC Contractor functional teams, project management and project controls personnel to establish and maintain an integrated execution schedule that provides accurate, timely and actionable insight into project performance. This role requires strong LNG and modular execution experience, together with proven expertise in schedule development, critical path analysis, forecasting, progress measurement and schedule recovery planning. The Lead Planner / Planning Manager will also support the implementation of digital project controls tools and AI-enabled schedule analytics to enhance planning effectiveness and decision-making. #LI-DA3
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 12-15 years’ planning and scheduling experience on major EPC projects, including 5+ years in a lead role.
- Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or major energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of EPC execution, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction planning.
- Primavera P6 & Integrated EPC Scheduling
- Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Progress Measurement & Forecasting
- Schedule Risk & Change Management
- Performance Reporting & Trend Analysis
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Digital Project Controls
- AI-enabled Planning Tools and Japanese language skills (advantageous)
- LNG, Modular EPC & Fabrication Yard Experience (preferred)
